This chic and Cozy 2-bedroom apartment, come with a contemporary open-plan design is located within the prime Melbourne city central, offers easy access to many popular attractions such as the famous Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central shopping centre, RMIT & Melbourne University, Flagstaff Gardens, Restaurants & Cafes all only a short walk away.

A chic modern and open-concept accommodation, offering a spacious living/dining area equipped with a kitchen.

Bedrooms-The apartment comes with two large bedrooms (1 queen & 2 single beds) and well furnished, ensuring ample space and a comfortable stay for our guests.

Bathroom- The apartment comes with 1 bathroom and basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash and bath towels) will be provided one time and non-refillable.

Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor.

Free Wifi is available in the apartment.
Wifi details will be provided prior to your check-in.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send the housing manual to your email address. The manual contains all the necessary information related to your booking. Please refer to the manual for Self-check-in and check-out instructions.

Check in time is between 3pm to 9pm.
– You may collect the key from the locker box/ smart box at Keycafe located nearby (5-7 mins walk).
– Check-out time is by 10am.
– Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate to late check-out request. In the event of late check-out, a charge of $100 will be imposed.

For the best interest of other residents, please adhere to the following house rules:
– No smoking or drug use allowed (violation will incur a $500 fine).
– Smoking or drug use is not allowed, else a fine of $500 per violation will be imposed.
– Partying is not allowed, else a fine of $1,100 will be imposed. Other breaches include creating unreasonable noise or behaving badly, causing health, safety or security hazard, damaging common property and obstructing a resident from the use of their property.

– Pets are not allowed.
– Please indicate the actual number of guests staying in the booking. Towels and linen will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking.

– When leaving the property, please ensure it is well maintained and in a similar condition as it was during check-in.

– Breakages, damages, theft and loss will be the guest’s liability and responsibility.
– Breaching any of the rules will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
– As part of our verification procedure, a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie may be requested.
– Please keep the noise levels down at all times so as not to disturb the other residents.
– Any excess rubbish must be disposed properly according to the rubbish disposal instructions listed in the Housing Manual.
– Please use the range hood when cooking so as not to set off the smoke alarm. If the smoke alarm goes off, do not open the front door as doing so will trigger the fire truck to come to the apartment. If such situation occurs, a heavy fine of approx. $1,500 will be imposed to you.
– A set of basic toiletries will be provided to you (non-refillable) for the initial period of your stay.
-Additional charges apply if cleaning required during your stay and arrangement needed.

– Replacement of lost key ($80). Replacement of lost fob/swipe ($150). No return of of key upon check out, there is a charge of $450 to replace a new lock set.
– Please inform us immediately of any lost items. The lost items will be kept for 1 week. A postage/ courier charge of $80 is applicable to mail the item back to you upon request.
